Stacey attended the WCCC culinary apprentice program, a fast track degree seeking program that required a total of 4,000 hours of on-the-job training as well as culinary classes. She worked as an apprentice under two passionate chefs and is currently a member of the ACF Laurel Highlands Chapter.
Oakmont Olive Oil Company will be open from 12 PM – 4 PM this Sunday, with the presentation beginning at 1:30 PM.
